Karma Yoga<br>\u00a0So Krishna said,<\/span><span style=\"color:#045f3e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><br>\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Kim karma Kim akarmeti<br>\u00a0Kavayo &#8216;py atra mohitah<br>\u00a0Tat Te karma pravaksyami (4.16)<\/span><span style=\"color:#045f3e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><br>\u00a0&#8220;My dear Arjuna, it&#8217;s not just your confusion. Even great scholars, seers prophets are confused; what to do and what not to do; what is right and what is wrong. I am going to tell you that secret of karma now. What is karma? Doing which you will evolve, you will find eternal peace within you.&#8221;<br>\u00a0Krishna asked, &#8220;Who is intelligent among men? One who sees action in inaction, and inaction in action&#8211;he&#8217;s the most intelligent of all men.\u201c Here Krishna gives a technique to you. When do you see that you are not doing anything is when you do a lot of things. There is a part inside you that is really not really doing anything, that is not involved. As I said, life is a complex phenomenon. In action you see inaction. In inaction, in silence, when you see action in silence, then you are intelligent.<br>\u00a0You sit quiet, in meditation, what do you see? There is so much activity happening within you. The breath is slowing down, your heart is beating, and thoughts are coming and going. Some energy movements are happening, jerks are happening in the body. Can you observe this? When you are quiet, do you see that there is so much activity happening inside? When you see prana is moving through many different channels. Just by observing your own body you can know what&#8217;s happening in the whole universe.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#045f3e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">You can sit here and observe, deep in meditation, put your attention on say, Japan, and your prana moves in a certain way, it is possible then to know what&#8217;s happening in Japan. This body is such a precious instrument. When there is an earthquake in Indonesia, it is possible to feel it in your own body.<br>When a close friend or relative of yours is not well or unhappy somewhere, don&#8217;t you feel it?<br>We are all connected, the whole universe is connected, every individual is connected. Because you feel connection with some people, when something happens to them, it affects your body. When you are connected with the entire universe, you can observe anything happening to anybody, right here. Your body is nothing but a mirror of the whole universe.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00a0Yat pinde tat bhramande<\/span><br><span style=\"color:#045f3e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&#8220;Whatever is in the universe is present in this body. Whatever is in this body is in the universe.&#8221;<br>\u00a0Our body is a miniature universe. You can talk to scientists, they too will agree that from one human DNA chain, you can make an elephant,a dog, a cat, parrots, amoeba, everything. One human DNA contains the entire cosmos, all the animals. This is not present in any other species. The specialty of the human species is that it contains all other types of DNA in it.<br>\u00a0This is what scientists are saying today.
